NHLAA Global Adopts a New Constitution
Adoption and Ratification
On 14 April 2026, the Ninth Heaven Literature & Arts Association Inc., operating globally as NHLAA Global, passed a special resolution adopting Constitution Version 1.1 — 1 April 2026. The constitution has been duly ratified by the Appointer, Ninth Heaven Group Pty Ltd (ACN 691 520 662), and is now in full force as the supreme governing instrument of the Association.
What This Means for You
This constitution codifies the governance, charitable purposes, and institutional character of NHLAA Global. It continues and builds upon:
- The Association's enduring commitment to advancing literature, the arts, and education for the public benefit;
- The governance framework binding the committee, members, Societies, Chapters, and all affiliated bodies;
- The role and authority of the Appointer in preserving the Association's mission and standards;
- Clear procedures for membership, committee appointment, financial governance, dispute resolution, and constitutional amendment;
- The foundational principle that all authority is exercised in furtherance of the Association's charitable purposes and in service to the global community we represent.

If you subscribe to Ninth Heaven Literary Journal or have had work accepted for publication by the Association, you are now recognised as a Subscriber/Contributor Member of NHLAA Global under Clause 9C. You are part of this community, and we are glad to have you.
